Refund policy
We do not accept returns at this time unless the item is faulty/defective.
All of our products are quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info.kodiakswim@gmail.com so we can email you a shipping label equipped with tracking.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact us within (3) business days, after item(s) are delivered.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final Sale and Last chance items can not be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you live in the United States and are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer one-time exchanges or store credit within 5 days of receiving your initial order on all unused, unworn items, excluding sales and sale items. We will provide one prepaid return label per order and cover the cost of shipping of your replacement item.
To process an exchange, please send an email to info.kodiakswim@gmail.com We will email you a shipping label equipped with tracking to send the return and assist you in choosing a replacement item if you need it. We will also provide you with tracking on your replacement item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please return your item via the label provided within 3 business days.
European Union 5 day cooling off period
If you live outside of the United States and are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer one-time exchanges or store credit within 5 days of receiving your initial order on all unused, unworn items, excluding sales and sale items. We will provide one prepaid return label per order and cover the cost of shipping of your replacement item. However, we will charge a processing fee of $15 on any returned/exchange item to offset the cost of shipping back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
